This is the place to be for silent sports enthusiasts! Our home is located just north of Harbor Springs on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Skiing at Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob/Chestnut Valley is only minutes away. Enjoy some of the best roads in the state for road cycling right out your door. The same for mountain bikers. Rollerskiing on the Little Traverse Cycling path can take you all the way over to Charlevoix without going out on the main roads. Runners have it made. Kayaking and canoeing are very close at hand as well in Little Traverse Bay or the surrounding small lakes. Or just hang out at the Lake Michigan beaches on Sturgeon Bay. And the amenities of a great small town like Harbor Springs are less than 5 minutes away.
If not used as a primary residence, this home would make a great base for enjoying all the north has to offer. Consider getting some of your friends or family and go in together and invest in a great "time share" option, making it more economical and better than a hotel. AND the Upper Peninsula is also in reach for a day trip.
My wife and I are moving over to Charlevoix to be closer to our business, and still plan on enjoying the north from there. Here are the quick facts:
