Dear Business Owner,
My name is Sten Fjeldheim and I am the Cross Country ski coach here at Northern Michigan University.
Because of University policy changes the NMU ski programs are in the process of purchasing their own vehicles for both travel to competitions and daily practice. The team will be purchasing two 12 passenger vans and one cargo truck. These vehicles will travel many miles to and from both skiing and Cross Country running competitions.
Many of our competitions are in major metro areas; this will give your business great exposure along with also traveling locally and in the Marquette County area.
Your logo will be professionally made to look just as you desire. The decal will be made locally here and we will pay for having the logo made to your specifications.
We are asking for a three year commitment from all the sponsors but of course if your desire is to just try one year then we will not turn down anyone who is willing to help us out.
We have also attached a visual diagram for you so you can get a better of how your logo (decal) would be presented.
There are three different sponsorship levels:
- Gold: $800 per year
- Silver: $600 per year
- Bronze: $250 per year
Over the past 30 years several NMU ski team members have represented the USA and NMU in the Olympics, World Championships, US National and NCAA Champions as well as USSA Junior Nationals Champions.
The teams also have had over a 3.4 cumulative GPA for the past 20 years! These students are great ambassadors of our community.
