FLASH RACE at XCHQ

Hello everyone – Back by popular demand is our flash race to help support Reid Goble on Saturday March 1st. Join us for a race around the Trapper’s Cabin Loop at the Cross Country Ski Headquarters, and support Michigan’s U.S. SuperTour Series and World Cup cross country skier!

Date: Saturday, March 1st

Time: Start your lap after 9:00am, and report your time by 3pm.

Distance: Trapper’s Cabin Loop (1.75km). A start/finish line will be established.

Cost: $50 entry fee*

Prizes: First Place (men and women) receive a $50 gift card to XC SKI HQ.

*If you have purchased a raffle ticket for Reid’s fundraiser already, your entry fee is waived; however, we encourage you to consider purchasing an additional ticket for this event!

Details:

• To register for this event, simply purchase a raffle ticket to the Reid Goble Fundraiser (online or at the front desk), and show your proof of purchase to the XC SKI HQ front desk to get your “bib” before starting.
• This raffle features over $3,000 in prizes. The raffle drawing is on Saturday, March 15th. Racing is not required to purchase a raffle ticket! This race will be self-timed using the Strava app. You must download this app to your phone, and record your time using the app in order to have your time entered.
• Racers must start after 9:00AM and report their best time to the front desk by 3:00PM on March 1st to have their time entered.
• Skiers may race the course as many times as they wish.
• First place woman and man will be awarded a $50 gift card to XC Ski HQ.
