Team NordicSkiRacer's Mike Muha and Tony Percha meet at the Paddleboat parking lot in the middle of Kensington Metropark on Thursdays to do intervals up hills. Headlamps are STRONGLY recommended. We arrive so we can be on our ski by 7:00am. All invited - it's nice to get the workout in before work!
