Rollerski intervals and more!

What:

Team NordicSkiRacer's Mike Muha and Tony Percha meet at Maybury State Park on Tuesdays at 7:00am to rollerski. Generally, we ski around 10km. Most workouts are intervals, but we sometimes ski without poles, sometimes only doublepole, and occasionally do a time trial.

We arrive so we can be on the pavement by 7:00am. We occasionally meet earlier if one of us has a work meeting to attend that morning. Headlamps are STRONGLY recommended.

Enter Maybury State Park at the main entrance on 8 Mile Road, west of Beck Road. We park in the western-most parking lot next to the kids play area. We almost always start out skiing counter-clockwise on the trail.
