The Vasa Ski Clubs hosts its 4th Annual Nordic Ski Fest on Saturday, October 26, 2013. The Fest features on-snow skiing and the first Michigan Cup race of the season: a time trial followed by head-to-head racing.

John Gravlin had a fun idea of trying to get a Michigan Cup team of men and women or a co-ed team together to run the Top of Michigan 100k relay race from Gaylord to Mackinaw. It is a six legged race of varying distances from 7 miles to 16 miles.
