Vasa honors skiers who have completed 30 or more Vasa races

New this year, the North American Vasa will honor the tradition of the 49th annual NAV race by giving special recognition to the skiers that have completed 30 or more Vasa races. These racers will be recognized in a special Press Release and have special cloth made bibs with an awesome Viking symbol. Those members who are competing in the 27k Freestyle race on Saturday February 8th will be have a special wave, starting first and ahead of the elite wave skiers. All other King Vasa members not competing in the 27k Freestyle will still wear their special bibs, but line up in their designated wave and/or race distance. For anyone that is not racing anymore, we encourage them to ski the 6k tour on Sunday, a non-competitive, no bib, no time race. They will also have the opportunity to join the Community Celebration Party at the Park Place Hotel on Saturday February 8th from 4pm - 7pm.
In order to make sure we have completed our due-diligence and included all the 30+ skiers that our records showed, we wanted all the Michigan Cup skiers to review this list and let us know if there are any revisions. If you know the email address of the individuals left blank, please let me know.
