The Vasa Ski Club is proud to sponsor a PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) event at Timber Ridge Resort December 8, 2013. This is a chapter of a National Professional Organization in the Midwest that promotes and supports uniform excellence in snow sport instruction. They provide education materials (video, web, magazine, and books), indoor and on snow training clinics, and certification in various disciplines of Alpine, Snowboard, Nordic and Adaptive. The goal of PSIA is to provide fun, safe, and positive skiing experience for everyone. In addition to offering certification in becoming an instructor, they also offer clinics to all levels of skiers. This is a great experience to fine tune your own personal skiing or create a personal quiver of instructional skills and materials to become a proficient ski instructor. I hope you join us in this clinic lesson to enhance your coaching skills for this winter season with our many programs and events. Please visit or for further information.
