What:

The organizers of the Frosty Fest are hold a free Virtual Birkie event on February 27. It's not only a fun to ski the Birkie with friends but you will help us test new timing gear that we might use for the 2022 Frosty Freestyle and Krazy Klassic. Ski your virtual Birkie and have your race officially timed FOR FREE. Or just show up and ski any timed lap of your choice of distance. We provide the bib and chip.

WHAT: Timed Virtual Birkie!

WHERE: Huron Meadows Metropark

WHEN: February 27th, start time 9:30-10:30.

 No pre-registration. Just find the timer’s van near the ski center and give him your name and route.

Not interested in the virtual Birkie? Come out and help us try out this system. Ski any distance you want. It’s up to you to measure distance. Just let the timer know what your route will be. Timing will end at 3:00.

The Virtual Birkie is 43k, so that translates to:

• Buck’s run, about 18 laps.
• Golf course + Buck’s run, about 3.5 laps
• Entire North trail system, about 2.5 laps

Include the South side if you want!
