UPDATE!: Workout of the day: a pace / time trial workout (rather than our normal long workout)! Note parking area!

Join Andy Liebner and Team NordicSkiRacer (and friends) for a pace session / time trial this morning.

Take the Kent Lake Road exit (I-96 exit 153) and park in the Martindale Beach Splash n Blast parking lot. A park pass is required: A day permit is $10. The annual permit is $35 ($24 for age 62+). Permits are good at ALL Metroparks.
