Team NordicSkiRacer rollerski intervals (or will we be skiing????)

What:

UPDATE 11/25: Snow expected! We may be skiing rather than rollerskiing, probably on the Kensington Metropark Golf Course. Meet at the WEST Boat Launch Parking Lot!

Interval rollerski session on Maybury's paved bike trails. Intervals are done over the same sections of trail, out and back, so it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are, you will always be with a group.

A headlamp will be needed as night comes earlier - required after Daylight Savings Time ends on November 4!

We start with a 10-15 minute warmup, do some intervals, then do a warm down back to our cars.

Enter Maybury State Park off 8 Mile Road (west of Beck Road). At the T, turn right and park in the far west parking lot.
