Lakes of the North Freestyle

What:

First Michigan Cup Points races of the season. Freestyle.

The course will be approximately 7 to 10km. Self timed. The race cost is $15 for seniors. There will be wave starts for Sr. Men, Junior Men, Junior Women, and Senior Women.

Race: Saturday Dec. 16th, 2017, 11:00 am

Registration: 9:00 am until 10:30am (day of – no preregistration required, but if you want to pre-fill out the registration form, here it is)

Format: Freestyle (course approx.. 7km in length) (note juniors may have a shorter course)

Michigan Cup Points: yes – individual and team

Timing: on your own

Festivities: A buffet luncheon is included as part of your entry fee.

Categories: Junior men and women, senior men and women. (separate starts for each category)

Entry fees: $15 seniors, $0 juniors, and $0 for Vasa Ski Club members (Included in the entry fee is a buffet luncheon, cash bar) Non racers can purchase the buffet for $15.

Directions: Settings Restaurant at Lakes of the North is located east of Mancelona:

When coming from the east, Lakes of the North is 8 miles west of US 27, off Mancelona Road (C-38). When coming from the west, Lakes of the North is 8 miles east of US 131, off Mancelona Road (C-38).
