The Boyne Highlands Classic race scheduled for Sunday Jan 4 is officially cancelled. There is a small possibility that the GLD will move the Junior Olympic Qualifier to Boyne Mountain. Brian Carlson and Nick Baic will be discussing options with other JO coaches.

RESULTS & PICTURES (1/4/2004)!<BR>Sometimes skiing through mashed potatos, Milan Baic crossed the finish line first to win the 11 km men's race. Megan Madion finished first in the Women's 7 km. In the 7 km Junior Olympic Qualifier race, Julia Coulter and Jared Cregg were victorious.

The Chestnut Valley Freestyle and the Boyne Highlands Classic on Saturday and Sunday, Jan 3-4, WILL be held. Race organizers ask that racers who are planning to attend call or e-mail the race organizers so they can insure they have enough food for lunch.
