Lakes of the North

6.5 miles of Nordic ski trails. 

This facility is situated in heavily wooded rolling hills. The building is similar in design to the beach houses. The upper level has a large open area with an inviting stone fireplace plus ping-pong and other games. The lower level contains a concession, ski changing area and restrooms. This area serves as a center for ice skating and cross country skiing activities with groomed cross-country ski trails. During the summer this facility offers a lovely peaceful trail for walking.

There are two areas to ski:

Lakes of the North Golf Course
Start/finish of the annual Lakes of the North Freestyle XC ski race.
