It is still going to be a 11 km freestyle, and about 7 km for the Juniors. Nick Baic is going to take care of our timing and results for us. If you need any other information, give me a ring at 231-675-7946.

Boyne Mountain Cross Country
Race Start: Race start can be reached by skiing approximately 1 1/2 km following the race start arrows. The arrows begin across the road from the Boyne Mountain Cross Country Center at the archway. Participants will need to cross the road near the Disciples 2 chairlift and ski up past the Creekside Condos. A shuttle bus will be available before and after to transport skiers also.
Race start at 10:00 am above the bridge on the Hilda's Hideway downhill run. (Please allow time to get to the start area.)
Race Course: The race course will start on Hilda's Hideway downhill run, and climb for approximately 1 km before peaking and then dropping to join the Vista Loop. Participants will then complete 2 loops on Vistas before returning to the Grinder Trail and then the downhill finish on Hilda's Hideway. Juniors will complete 1 loop on Vistas.
The finish is located at the start area, just above the bridge on Hilda's Hideway. It will be a mass start.
Awards: Awards will be given to top 3 in each age group. A special King and Queen of the Mountain Award will be given to the first male and female to the top of the first climb from the start of the race. Results will be posted as soon as possible. Awards, lunch and results will be at the Boyne Mountain Cross Country Center.
Kids' Loppet: The non-competitive Kids' Loppet will start from the Boyne Mountain Cross Country Center following the race.
