Climb, climb, climb! Rollerski session

What:

Team NordicSkiRacer's Mike Muha and Tony Percha meet at the Paddleboat parking lot in the middle of Kensington Metropark on Saturdays, generally to do lots of climbing, but we may do other workouts at well. We are currently climbing in excess of 1000 vertical feet - lots of hill intervals but we try to keep the heart rate at reasonable levels. Headlamps are STRONGLY recommended. We arrive so we can be on our ski by 7:00am. All invited - it's nice to get the workout in before work!
