CXC Adaptive program gets $10K grant

The Traverse City Commission is having a study session on Monday February 8. to discuss current plans to rebuild 8th Street between Garfield and Barlow. The current plan as designed does not accommodate safe provisions for bicycles.

The Michaywé Board of Directors voted at their special meeting on Tuesday December 22, 2009 to re-open the cross country ski trails as soon as possible. The staff began grooming the ski trails on Wednesday morning.

A significant winter storm brought heavy snow and wind to Northern Michigan between Tuesday, December 8th and Friday, December 11th. Several reports of snowfall greater than 20 inches were reported.
