Fri, Jan 19: Stokely Creek (Goulais River)

All our trails are groomed and in great shape with a solid base of 10 inches and more in some areas. Today will be a little above freezing but a great day for skiing. Our guests have been enjoying skiing on the lakes. Go to our Face Book page to see photos of lake skiing. Lots of snow in the forecast for next week.

Thu, Jan 18: Stokely Creek (Goulais River)

Stokely's trails and grooming conditions have been great all week. Alex who has groomed at Stokely for over 30 years said the ski Mountain trail to the King Mt hut and the King Mountain run is in as good a shape as it has ever been. Right now skiing on the lakes is a skiers delight. You should put March 3rd on your calendars and join us for our big new event called Tour De` Huts. Look up the details on our web-site stokelycreek/events. It will be a winter celebration that will last all day.

Sun, Jan 14: Stokely Creek (Goulais River)

Two big groups have come and gone. The feed back, which was great to hear, was, "trails are in great shape!" A bit of new snow in the forecast and that will be nice for grooming. 350 people coming for a Hospice fundraising snowshoe event today. They will be spread out on our 25 miles of groomed snowshoe trails. It is amazing how many of our ski guests get out on Stokely's snowshoe trails while they are here.
