DNNR will Groom Ski Trails

Mike Terrell reported on page 6D in the TC Record-Eagle today that the DNR has reversed their decision and will providing state-funded grooming for 22 ski trails after all, including Vasa, Black Mtn, and Blueberry Hills in Marquette. See, or the MI State Forest Campgrounds and Pathways brochure.

Some others included on the list are: TC area - Muncie Lakes, Gaylord - Wildwood Hills Pathway & Pine Baron, Cheboygan - Ocqueoc Falls, Cadillac - Cadillac Pathway & Pine Valley, Roscommon - Tisdale Triangle, Ogemaw Hills & Mason Tract. Others included on National Forest Service land and state parks are: Big M near Manistee, Corsair Trail near E. Tawas, and Hartwick Pines near Grayling.
