It's September and time to start focusing on ski-specific training.
Every Tuesday in September will be intensity night, with a session focused on training at or near race speed. Some session will be on foot (ski walking), some on rollerskis (those without rollerskis can run the session).
Every Wednesday in September will be strength night, with a session focused on general and specific strength training. Sessions will be at Tobaggan run parking lot (Orchard Picnic Shelter), Kensington Metropark. No experience necessary!
