Saturday, 10:00am Certified Yoga Instructor and avid
cross country skier, Mariah Frye Colie, will lead a “Yoga for Skiers”
class. Open to the public and free of charge, the class will cover the
best stretches and strengthening exercises for cross country skiers to
prevent injury and improve performance. The class will last
approximately 45 minutes.
