Early bird rollerski

What:

Join Team NordicSkiRacer's Tony Percha rollerskiing at Kensington Metropark and the Kensington-Milford connector trail. It's a Long Slow Distance ski (heart rate below 70% of max). We do 20 miles or so, but there are turn-off options for shorter distances.

Park in Kensington Metropark, lower East Boat Launch parking lot (Kent Lake exit off I-96) next to the entrance to the bike path.

Get your ski in early so you can enjoy the rest of the day!
