8 ounces rice milk 30g carb,10g sugar,1g protein, 2g fat 1 scoop protein powder 3g carb, 1g sugar, 20g protein, 2.5g fat 1 tblsp strawberry jam 1 banana cut up 4 ice cubes whip in blender-drink Ray Drysdale
