Inside: Run @ 12:00 pace for 10 minutes, 10 minutes on stair machine (46 floors), Run @ 12:00 pace for 20 minutes,10 minutes on stair machine (50 floors), cool-down run @ 15:00 pace for 10 minutes. When my mom was in the hospital a couple Christmases ago, I'd walk up and done 5 flights of hospital stairs several times during the day. The next time I went skiing, my legs felt super strong! Thought I'd see how a stair machine worked...and I need to have strong legs to keep up with the Tuesday night KOM ride.
